3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Eaton warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of initial purchase. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Eaton will, subject to the foregoing terms and limitations, repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion, as your exclusive remedy for Eaton's breach of its limited warranty.
Questions & Answers
The Server Interface Unit firmware can be updated at the same time as the KVM it is connected to. The firmware upgrade utility used to upgrade the KVM switch will recognize the Server Interface Unit, allowing you to upgrade its firmware. The Server Interface Unit firmware is included in the .tfp firmware file provided for the KVM switch. See the web page of your KVM switch for firmware files.

This issue can be resolved by upgrading the firmware of your console KVM switch. An alternate firmware version is available to address this problem and can be found in the Help & Downloads tab of the B070-016-19 and B070-016-19-IP web pages or in the software dowload section of the Service & Support page.
