Extended Warranties
Extended warranties add one to three years to your Eaton factory warranty, providing repair or no-charge product replacement. This not only protects you from the unexpected, it also helps you plan your budget, contains your costs and extends your access to Eaton's expert technical support team.
UPS batteries are included! Most UPS batteries last three to five years, and depleted batteries are the most common cause of UPS failures. Eaton extended warranties cover the cost of replacement UPS batteries during the period of greatest risk—a tremendous value!
On-Site Services
Convenient and cost-effective on-site services make your job easier while helping you reduce downtime. They can also help you extend the lifespan of your equipment, increasing your return on investment.
Service availability varies by product type and model. On-site installation is available for select single-phase UPS systems, display mounts (digital signage) and micro data centers. Preventive maintenance and battery replacement services are also available for select UPS models. 3-phase UPS systems have a suite of services available to support efficient and reliable long-term operation.
