1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Eaton warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of initial purchase. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Eaton will, subject to the foregoing terms and limitations, repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion, as your exclusive remedy for Eaton's breach of its limited warranty.
Questions & Answers
The B021-02R-17 comes with two foam inserts between the upper drawer (with the LCD screen) and the lower drawer (with the keyboard) to protect the unit during shipment. These inserts may hinder the full extension of the upper drawer. If your console does not fully extend, pull harder on the upper drawer until it extends past the lower drawer and remove the foam inserts.
