Summary

Warranty services vary depending on whether you have successfully completed commissioning your UPS through Eaton. Your UPS system's factory warranty covers defective parts when repairs are performed by an authorized Eaton service technician, but does not cover travel and labor. Commissioning activates an enhanced 24/7/365 on-site warranty, which covers parts, travel and labor.

What's Included

Factory Warranty (Without Eaton Commissioning)
  • One year
  • May include parts (if defective) when repairs are performed by an authorized Eaton service technician
  • Travel and labor costs are not covered
On-Site Warranty (Activated by Eaton Commissioning)
  • One year from commissioning or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever is less
  • Covers 24/7/365 on-site repair, including travel, labor and parts
Telephone and Email Support
  • Telephone and email support are included
  • 24/7 coverage is available
